Tea – Plantation Suite
Nestled among the tea bushes and pepper vines and newly opened in the Summer of 2016, the Plantation Suites are situated in a separate building approximately 50 meters from the front of the main house. The Tea suite is situated on the upper floor of this two level unit.
Tea is the larger of the two suites accessed by an internal staircase opening up into a small sitting room with a full size single bed / sofa. Within this area is a mini bar incorporating tea and coffee making facilities. This area is indepedently air-conditioned.
The stunning main bedroom is accessed through double doors from the sitting area & has an imposing four poster bed and a high vaulted ceiling. The interior design and choice of furniture is in keeping with the plantation theme. Folding patio doors open up on to large enclosed outdoor terrace / living area with expansive views to the front elevation towards the Knuckles range of mountains in the distance. The terrace is surrounded by glass safety screens & there is also a small balcony to the side elevation.
There is a sizable bathroom with indoor rainfall shower, double washbasins and a large outdoor bath on the terrace.
Being elevated from the main house and reached up a sweeping staircase, the Plantation Suites are not suitable for clients with walking difficulties.
